No worries – it is totally fine if you got droplets on your leather items as our leather items are splash-resistant. You can simply wipe the spill away and maintain the leather item following the leather maintenance procedure provided. However, bringing along the leather items during shower or swimming is not recommended otherwise it will not stand the test of time.

Of course. Leather is known to be shiner with time. You are suggested to use the leather maintenance set to take care of your leather item every now and then. Read the “Leather Maintenance Procedure” in the blog for more details.

It’s simple and easy – in the product detail page, click the ‘ADD TO CART AND DESIGN” button. You will soon enter the customization panel allowing you to design your engravings. Explore the functions and have fun!

Absolutely. In the design page, type in the words that you would like to have engraved. If the preview screen does not show the characters you typed, please contact us so that we can help you.

Generally speaking, all designs that lie within our standard engraving service are FREE. However, some emojis or special edition UV print icons may have additional charges. Please refer to the design page for details.

Perspiration and exposure to chemicals or contaminants in water may tarnish the products and cause discoloration. You can use a specialized cleanser for maintenance and dry it with non-abrasive cloth to avoid scratching. It is better to store the product in an air-tight area with low humidity. The item is washable with pure water but be sure to dry the item immediately after cleansing.

Our price has only included single side hot stamp service. For the double side hot stamp service, we will have extra producation fee.
Since this is a special arrangement, we do not have this service appear on our design page, please feel free to contact our customer service team if needed.
Shipping & Delivery

All prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties applied in countries outside of Hong Kong. As recipients, you shall liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly, and payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

If you wish to cancel or change your order before payment, please write to us at contact@crudo-leather.com. If your order has been paid, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or change your order.

If your package is lost in transit, please write to us right away at contact@crudo-leather.com and we will try our best to solve the issue. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen items once the items are declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.

You can choose either one from the three options below:
1) Postage service by SF Express – the merchandise can be shipped to your address directly.
2) Pick-up at convenience stores – Sf express provides a self-pickup service at convenience stores. You can refer to the list of stores during checkout.
3) In-store pick-up, please find our shop location in Shop Location.
